When you have completed your transaction you will be transferred to a secure payment server. No card information is known or kept by The Gift & Card Co. Ltd. On placement and payment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the order you have placed. All sizes and pictures shown are to be used as a guide only. We offer a FREE gift wrapping service on all purchases - we will at our descretion wrap products appropriately. Any specific requests should be made clear at the time of check out (please enter in the special delivery instructions box) - we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate additional requirements, however it is at our descretion. Our current offer of FREE delivery to one UK address on all orders over £39 expires on 31st December 2007. Shipping And Handling All goods remain the property of The Gift & Card Co. Ltd until full payment has been made by the customer. The ownership of the goods, will pass to the customer once the consignment has been signed for on receipt of delivery. Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch orders to all mainland UK destinations within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Orders are processed Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. If we are unable to despatch your order within a 'resaonable' time, we will send a notification by email with an approximate despatch day. At your descretion you may cancel the order at this time. PLEASE NOTE that all orders are allocated goods from our retail shop. We update the website daily, to ensure that stock information is as accurate as possible. If an item(s) has become unavailable we will notify you by email. In the unusual event that the item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise when delivery will be made to you. Alternatively, you can select another item or cancel your order. No money is taken from your account until time of despatch. The current FREE delivery on orders of £39 or more is only valid for UK delivery to one address up to 1kg in weight. This FREE delivery offer expires on 31st December 2007. Orders under £2.50 are charged £1.50 per order to one UK address. Orders under £2.50 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post. There is a charge of £3.95 per order to one UK address up to 1kg in weight. At our descretion will can charge additional postage costs over this weight. In this instance the customer will be notified by email and customer approval will be required before despatch. All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated. We aim to despatch all oversea orders within 48 hours of order receipt. Orders are despatched Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. If we are unable to despatch your order within a 'reasonable' time, we will send a notification by email with an approximate despatch day. At your descretion you may cancel the order at this time. We will choose an appropriate delivery method at our descretion. Delivery charges are as follows for small parcels weighing up to 1kg to one address: Europe - £8 USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia - £12 Rest of the world - £15 Parcels weighing over 1kg and/or are too large to be sent via 'Royal Mail Small Packet' rate will incurr extra charges. In this instance the customer will be notified by email of the delivery charge and customer approval will be required before despatch. Please allow approximately 10 working days form time of order placement for delivery. The Gift & Card Co. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by any third party. Our delivery schedule should be seen as indicative. If we anticipate being unable to keep to a 'reasonable' delivery schedule, we will notify the customer by email. At your request, we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. Privacy Policy The Gift & Card Co. Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to any third party. Cookies are used to keep track of shopping basket contents, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember me' option. Returns Policy The customer/recipient should inspect the goods upon receipt. If any product supplied is defective or different to that ordered, a full refund will be made including postage incurred by the customer. We will exchange or refund goods for any other reason within 14 days of order receipt. A full refund will be made on receipt of original goods, minus the original delivery cost charged. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The customer must accept additional postal charges when returning goods and requesting replacement items. Replacement items will be charged at 'cost' to deliver. When returning items for any reason, a 'Proof of posting' certificate should be requested from the Post Office. A returns number should also be requested by email and should be included in the returned parcel.
